THEY CAN HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAYNARD SIGNAL AS WELL AS TO 72 SIGNAL USING THEIR INTERNAL DRIVEWAYS BETWEEN ON THE WALMART SIDE, AS WELL AS THE CITY CENTER SIDE. OVERALL, WE EXPECT THIS DEVELOPMENT TO GENERATE ABOUT 90 VEHICLES IN THE MORNING RUSH HOUR, AND IT WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE THOSE KIND OF VOLUMES IN THE MORNING, AND THEN IT WILL EVENTUALLY FADE AWAY BY THE AFTERNOON RUSH HOUR, WHERE WE EXPECT TO SEE ABOUT 30 PM PEAK HOUR TRIPS. ONE OF THE MAIN ISSUES WITH THE SITE WAS SITE CIRCULATION AND QUEUING. SO WHAT I DID IS I WENT TO THE OLIVE, THEIR OLIVE BRANCH LOCATION OFF OF GOODMAN ROAD, WHICH IS THEIR BUSIEST LOCATION IN THIS AREA, AND I OBSERVED TRAFFIC FOR UP ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS, INCLUDING SATURDAY. AND BASED ON MY OBSERVATIONS, WE REDESIGNED THE SITE TO INCLUDE A THIRD QUEUING LANE WITH A THIRD QUEUING LANE, THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE AT LEAST 35 VEHICLES ON SITE AND MOST LIKELY CLOSER TO 40 VEHICLES ON SITE. ANOTHER CONCERN THAT WE HAD WAS SPILL BACK ONTO POPLAR. WE DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT ANYBODY QUEUING ONTO OUR PUBLIC ROADWAYS, SO WE HAVE A AS A CONDITION OF APPROVAL, WE ARE STATING IN THERE THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY STACKING OR QUEUING ON POPLAR. AND IF THEY THINK THAT PEOPLE [00:10:07] WILL START QUEUING ON POPLAR OR SPILL BACK IS IMMINENT, THEY HAVE TO CLOSE THAT RIGHT IN, RIGHT OUT DRIVEWAY AND FLAG THOSE DRIVERS TO GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS AND QUEUE ON SITE IN THE PARKING LOT.
