ONE IS THE SLED CONDOMINIUM PROJECT THAT'S JUST OUTSIDE THE HISTORIC DISTRICT THAT I KNOW Y'ALL WATCH PROJECTS LIKE THAT BECAUSE IT DOES HAVE AN IMPACT OR THAT MIGHT EVEN BE SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD SEE IN THE FUTURE THAT THAT PARTICULAR PROJECT IS, UH, THEY'VE BEEN THROUGH THE FINAL SITE PLAN REVIEW STAGE AT THE STAFF LEVEL AND THEIR, THEIR NEXT STAGE IS TO GO ONTO THE MAYOR AND BOARD FOR A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
AND SO THAT COULD HAPPEN IN VERY EARLY 2026, SO LATE JANUARY OR EARLY FEBRUARY.
